Venturer Scouts are 14 to 17-year olds.

Venturers organise their own activities and adventures – to challenge themselves, have lots of fun together and work towards their Venturer Award and the prestigious Queen’s Scout award – the highest award for Venturers.

Venturer Scouts meet on Thursday nights from 7:00 – 9:00 pm.

Below, the Venturer scouts paddled their canoes and kayaks the 60km+ along the Glenelg River to the river mount at Nelson. Camping out for 3 nights by the river, they carried all their own equipment and food.
